Headcanons for Hermitcraft:

Grian:

Literally can eat anything spicy without flinching purely becuase of the fact that he processes spice like a bird

Has smacked many people with his wings when he stretches

He has really dark brown eyes

Gem:

She still has her hat from season one of Empires SMP

She is a deer hybrid also with this she sheds her antlers like white tail deer (ie. the whole antler falls off)

Has to roll the hem of her pants because she is a bi icon

Shes also fast as fuck when she wants to be

Cleo:

Because they are not fully human they can sometimes see through the magic hiding Grian's watcheryness

Is the go to person for sewing up clothes for the server

Only reason she knows how to sew is because she has to sew herself together on a regular basis (think like sally from Nightmare Before Christmas style)

JoeHills:

Introduces the other hermits to y'allternative music (think like Noah Khan(Northern Attitude Ft. Hozier), Rat Bath(Ragdoll), Gregory Alan Iskov(One Day))

Is a cryptid for other servers

Can blink like a frog and it freaks out people on the server all the time

someone asked for a cleo and a 5am pearl in my reqs (AND I WILL GET TO IT!) but i wanted to share some of my practice cleos from the past months because of the coincidence that they were already right next to each other on my sketch canvas

cleo was one of the first hermits i drew even before i really got to know them because i just love their character design

(bonus cleo under the cut where it was my first time drawing them and all i knew was that they were amazing at armor stand things)

help me you could really tell the diff of me looking up references vs first impressions

anyway !!! i will draw something new for cleo and pearl over the weekend when i finally get the time to do my art requests :3c

Pearl: streams for EIGHT HOURS becoming a redstone master building a wordle-type game for her new shop

Tango: is so proud of Pearl they're both struggling for words and it's so adorable I'm gonna explode

Docm77: Shows up in the middle of the proud speech to FINALLY ORDER HIS MAILBOX at a location FIVE HUNDRED BLOCKS AWAY as measured by NETHER TRAVEL

Etho: shows up in the middle of this order (bounces in the window like an excited puppy) to assure Doc that Tango absolutely has that order covered (Tango Panik noises)

And now they're all hangin out together talking over Pearl's cool mini game and hanging out and idk my crops are watered, my skin is clear, etc etc

Bonus:

Zombiecleo: gets roped into a meeting with doc on the steps of the new courthouse that sounds serious only for doc to reveal a crazy redstone gadget that *does* celebrate pride month but might also deafen cubitos in sound range

shoutout to lawyer skizzleman he played his role PERFECTLY. He was THE PERFECT straight man to balance out the literal kangaroo insanity going on around him. AND IT'S EVEN FUNNIER WITH HIS STUPID FOUNDING FATHER ASS LOOKIN' WIG LIKE YEAH EVEN HIS CHARACTER DESIGN SCREAMS STRAIGHT MAN. Brother put his ENTIRE SKIZZUSSY into being the lawyer and while he may not have been the zainy crazy bitch the other FOUR relevant individuals already had that covered and he brought that perfect balance by going logic while the others go chaos.

Honestly, his dry and logical arguments only make the punishment even funnier. Like yes your honor highness, here's all the solid arguments and the evidence and the witnesses to prove the defendant is guilty of causing great emotional distress to my client. his punishment should be no more shiny blue ego rocks for his electrical wires. oh, your Highness suggest utter boredom in the custom sky jail? Fuck it, that's even better! Idk how else to explain how it makes it funnier except that it has the same vibe as the "Despite his criminal mind, this man is behaving well. His reward is the canoe" video.
